Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor. Dunk Legends Apparel LLC, 701 Commerce Street, 5th Floor, Dallas, TX 75202 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry and have a public TikTok account. Employees, contractors and agents of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Contest period. Starts 12:00 a.m. Central Time on October 8, 2026 and ends 11:59 p.m. Central Time on October 20, 2026.
4. How to enter. During the contest period, post an original video to TikTok that (a) shows the entrant doing the Dunked On Man move (one hand patting the top of the head, the other hand pointing at the camera), (b) includes the hashtag #DunkedOnManChallenge, and (c) tags @dunklegendsapparels. The account must be public so the entry can be viewed. Limit one winning entry per person. Wearing Dunk Legends Apparel products is not required.
5. Entry requirements. Entries must be the entrant’s own original work, must not include other people without their permission, must not contain third-party logos, music the entrant has no rights to, nudity, violence, hate speech or anything illegal, and must follow TikTok’s Community Guidelines. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that does not meet these rules.
6. Judging. After the contest period, Sponsor will judge all eligible entries on accuracy of the Dunked On Man move (50%), energy and creativity (30%) and overall video quality (20%). Sponsor’s decision is final. Views, likes or followers are not judging criteria.
7. Prize. One (1) winner receives US $100 in Bitcoin (BTC), valued at the BTC/USD exchange rate when the prize is sent, to a wallet address the winner provides. If the winner does not have or does not want a Bitcoin wallet, the winner may receive US $100 by PayPal instead. Approximate retail value: $100. The winner is responsible for any taxes. No other substitution or transfer of the prize.
8. Winner notification. The winner will be announced on or about October 22, 2026 and contacted by TikTok direct message from @dunklegendsapparels. The winner must reply within 7 days and confirm eligibility, or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor will never ask for a password, bank login or payment to claim the prize.
9. Rights to entries. By entering, the entrant gives Sponsor permission to repost, share and feature their entry on Sponsor’s social media and website, with credit to the entrant’s handle, without further payment.
10. Safety. Entrants participate at their own risk. Dunking is optional. Do not attempt anything beyond your ability.
11. Release. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, TikTok. By entering, entrants release TikTok from all liability related to the contest. Entrants release Sponsor from claims arising from participation or from acceptance or use of the prize, to the extent allowed by law.
12. General. Sponsor may cancel, change or suspend the contest if fraud, technical problems or other causes beyond its control affect its fairness. Texas law governs these rules.
13. Winner’s name. For the winner’s handle, send a request to Sponsor at the address above after October 22, 2026.
