Refund policy

Every Dunk Legends Apparel shirt is printed when you order it, so please check the size chart before you buy.

Misprints and damage

If your shirt arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, email support@dunklegendsapparel.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

Change of mind and wrong size

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed shirts within 30 days of delivery. You pick your size from our size chart, so a wrong size is treated as a change-of-mind return.

To start a return, email support@dunklegendsapparel.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address. You pay the cost of shipping the return to us.

When the shirt arrives, we inspect it. If it has not been worn or washed, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded. If your order had free shipping, the shipping cost we paid ($4.95 in the US, $8.59 in Canada) is taken off the refund.

Shirts that show wear, washing, or damage after delivery are not refunded. We can send them back to you at your cost.

Exchanges

We do not do direct exchanges. Return the shirt for a refund and place a new order in the size you want.

TikTok Shop orders

Orders placed on TikTok Shop follow TikTok Shop's return and refund process. Start your return in the TikTok app.
